💰 Sr Account Executive
Mission
Hire the best Senior Account Executive who understands how to identify, navigate, and close
opportunities by leveraging a disciplined sales process, conducting initial sales calls, white-glove POCs, and complex sales, including reaching consensus buying processes.
Competencies
- 3-5+ years of quota-carrying experience at an early-stage B2B software company
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota while selling data tools, software
platforms, or data catalogs to Data business leaders
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of enterprise technology to multiple
stakeholders in an organization and at the C-level
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC/Challenger Sale), business
outcome-focused sales approach and formal process, e.g., account planning, value
selling, accurate forecasting, and business case development
- Proven ability and interest to self-generate qualified pipeline through outbound demand
creation and recent experience in hunting in greenfield territory
- Possesses a baseline of acceptable technical knowledge, product expertise, and/or the
willingness and ability to learn new and complex topics.
- Experience selling to companies with 500+ employees / $500M-2B in revenue
- Understanding of how to develop a clear partner strategy and managing it to success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
